The Exo Bike is the result of an assignment for bicycle company Giant. It is a 2020 electric bicycle with an adaptive frame.

 

By creating a future vision the goal was to make city dwellers feel unrestrained in between their daily obligations.

 

This E-bike enlarges the riders abilities like an exo-skeleton. Different traffic situations ask for different ride abilities. The support of the electric motor is linked to the seating position of the rider. During low speed situations there is little support, the wheelbase is short and the saddle is relatively lower for better overview on the situation. During high speed straights the support is high, the wheelbase is long and the saddle is higher for more stability and aerodynamics.
