Patent officially filed!
I am proud to announce that my “MYSEAT” concept has been officially patented. In cooperation with Zodiac Aerospace the guidance system and the seat storage system were filed. Another cool fact is that I can officially call myself an inventor from now on! ;)

After several months of describing the invention in detail, going back and forth with lawyers, the day is finally there. The concept is officially filed as a patent at the "United States Patent & Trademark Office" (https://www.uspto.gov/). It was interesting and a great learning experience to see how to go from a well thought of concept to a well described invention that is ready to be filed as a patent. It will now take another 18 months until it will be officially published, after that it will be public world wide.
